Extremely useful app and is almost invaluable to me in keeping on top of my order priorities and knowing exactly what's what at a glance.
Had a minor issue where the app stopped working, but a quick chat with their team resolved all issues within 24 hours. Cannot fault them - amazing. Would definitely recommend.

I just discovered this wonderful app after Joyce from the Omega Pixel team recommended it to me. She was also really very kind in helping me get the setup right.
I think it's so helpful because it allows you to get an overview of all the orders quickly, without going into each one, clicking, searching, and taking a long time. I will have a chance to study it well with a little more time, but now it looks awesome.

Neil was amazing in helping us set up a couple of order tags. If it isnt clear these guys have an amazing feature - they can set up tags that put 'New customer' and 'returning customer' in the tags on the order page - so if you're sending flyers with discount codes for first time customers to place their second order and want to see it quickly, this is the thing for you. their help has been absolutely brilliant and they have a feature right there that i don't think you can get anywhere else - at least i struggled to find it. install it now!

I would like to give more stars but I find the App although with lots of potential is hard to set up for someone without knowledge. Support did send me a link about how to set up the flows, but that was even more confusing - just images of you can set this flow up, and with 3 options A or B or C to get there, but no indication of how or what to choose. I don´t know if the App is great or not as I just feel for me I want an easier set up process.

Have been using this app to help tag orders and customers. Tagging orders based on rules sets really helps our marketing and fulfilment team track orders and customers that meet rule sets. Features are great and support team are prompt if you ever need assistance.

This App is a must to have. Since Facebook and TikTok always fail to track all the conversions. It can be used to tag each order with the correct sale channel that it was done with. Let's not forget the amazing Customer service, specially Tracy. There is not enough words to describe how nice and kind she is. She took hours of her time to help me with many problems that I had with many different things. Thank you Tracy for the amazing customer service that you provide!
