I used this app to TAG all my orders that need to be shipped and to TAG all the orders that cant be shipped.

Rating this a 5 right now. Just installed the app the other day and getting acquainted with the features. So far doing everything as expected. Had a question and support responded in under 2 mins, answered my question and we were both able to move on with our days. Thank you!

This app automates tagging all our orders and customers based on what they buy, which city they are in, and whether they chose pickup or delivery, and more. It was a huge hassle to manually tag the orders, so tagging wasn't being done thoroughly, but this app solved the problem and saved us lots of time and tedious manual work. Support was quick and friendly too. Highly recommend to automate your Shopify store.

have been using this app to tag ours based on total spend and it work really great - only issue is the tagging of old orders, this takes a lot of time if you have like +100000 orders like we do.. but the Support if great and do everything they can to help so ++++++ for the support also...

Definitely recommend the Auto Tags app by Omega Been using another similar app that started misfiring and that is when I stumbled upon this app. Workflow creation is very easy and more importantly, it works. I was able to create multiple workflows within a few minutes The best part is the customer service which is prompt and wants to help and resolve your issue. Cannot thank Joyce enough for the quick resolution. 10/10 for customer support. Keep going guys.

Useful app, able to determine on our orders whether or not the customer has ordered before. Very helpful support who were very open to adding this feature for us.
