La app está muy bien, es intuitiva. Es una lástima que no tenga el servicio que necesitaba. Pero aún así, Tracy es un encanto, y a tomado nota de mi petición que será consultada. Espero que la puedan realizar para poder darles 5*, porque realmente la app no está mal, sólo necesita tener más opciones. Lo importante es que lo que ofrezcan funcione. Y en principio funciona bien.
Les deseo lo mejor y que avancen con los servicios prestados.

have been using this app to tag ours based on total spend and it work really great - only issue is the tagging of old orders, this takes a lot of time if you have like +100000 orders like we do.. but the Support if great and do everything they can to help so ++++++ for the support also...

Great app that saves a lot of time by helping us sort orders and flag the ones that need special attention without having to open them one by one. Also helpful for tagging customers with certain conditions. Support is friendly and quick!

Worked right out of the gate. Does exactly what I need and is simple to use. I was looking for something that would simply tag customers who had purchased certain products so I could later remarket to them. Very happy.

Useful app, able to determine on our orders whether or not the customer has ordered before. Very helpful support who were very open to adding this feature for us.

We use a 3PL company to ship out our orders. We also have branded boxes. We had issues with the warehouse using the wrong boxes while picking and packing orders. We used this app to tag all the orders using the correct boxes. We had a couple of little roadblocks but the customer service with the app was excellent. They were super fast and efficient in helping set up all the rules. I have not had a problem since. This app is user-friendly and easy to use. Highly recommend.

I wish that the flows would fire quicker, but all in all a good app. The support is great!
