I installed Omega Auto Tags to tag customers based on purchased products. It exactly performs the functions it claims, and our operation is much easier thanks to the app. The app offers an array of conditions you can configure for so many areas of your business: customer, order, product, shipping, etc. Most importantly the tag conditions setting is simple and intuitive, extremely easy to create and edit. The customer support is simply superb - available 24/7 for any questions you might have. Also, it’s an embedded app that does not inject code into the theme. I highly recommend the app to any business owner aiming to automate workflow.

Joy is the BEST. So helpful and quick to answer all my questions. This was a pleasure. So many app do not have a working Chat feature and it was amazing to be able to use this.

When I first tried the app it was missing a function I needed to tag one specific thing. Other tags I needed were working fine but I needed it to do this one specific tag. They proceed to add the function to the app to make it happen and now everything works great! Been using the App for a few years now with no problems. These guys are always there to help with any issues should they arise. Highly recommend! - Marc G

For a while, I was looking for an app that could automatically tag orders that DO NOT CONTAIN a specific product. When I tried Order Tagger by Omega, this "negativ filter" was not available but I wrote to Omega Theme and they helped me with my specific request by adding this new feature to their app.

I had a very good service and I am happy to finally have an order tagger that suits my needs!
