It exactly performs the functions it claims, and our operation is much easier thanks to the app. The app offers an array of conditions you can configure for so many areas of your business: customer, order, product, shipping, etc. Most importantly the tag conditions setting is simple and intuitive, extremely easy to create and edit. The customer support is simply superb - available 24/7 for any questions you might have. Also, it’s an embedded app that does not inject code into the theme. I highly recommend the app to any business owner aiming to automate workflow.

Definitely recommend the Auto Tags app by Omega Been using another similar app that started misfiring and that is when I stumbled upon this app. Workflow creation is very easy and more importantly, it works. I was able to create multiple workflows within a few minutes The best part is the customer service which is prompt and wants to help and resolve your issue. The options on this app are incredibly time saving for a good price! I was having problems reprocessing my old orders but the customer service team was stellar in helping me figure it out and get everything I wanted done. Even with the massive time difference there was always someone available in the chat who would respond to me fairly quickly and then forward my difficulties to the tech team if they couldn't solve my problem right then and there.

Great app that saves a lot of time by helping us sort orders and flag the ones that need special attention without having to open them one by one. Also helpful for tagging customers with certain conditions. Support is friendly and quick!
