With Hillteck, you can verify your Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to minimize Return to Origin (RTO) issues. Hillteck sends an OTP to each COD customer to validate their shipping mobile number and intent to purchase. The app assesses order credibility and flags high-risk RTO orders.
