How does it work?

• Once the customer pays for their order by choosing the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, they will be redirected to an thank you page. They would then need to verify their order by entering the OTP sent to their mobile phone via SMS.
• Once the order is confirmed via OTP authentication, the customer is redirected to their order status page (also known as the thank you page) and the order details are displayed.
• As a store owner, you can track the status of COD orders from the "Orders" tab on your Shopify Admin Dashboard. For authenticated orders, you will see a “COD Verified” tag. For bogus/unverified orders, you will see a “COD Pending” tag and you can choose to cancel such orders to eliminate RTO.
