This app works great for all of our shipping needs. We have been using this company for almost 10 years now. They are truly customer driven. The software works great and they offer amazing tech support and customer service. Highly recommended.

We have LOVED using OrderCup! Ed on the premium support team has been patient to answer our questions and walk us through ways to customize OrderCup to our specific shipping needs. As our fulfillment output has increased, OrderCup easily expands with us and is great for reporting as well. I couldn't recommend using this software enough!

We at the Huckleberry Patch have greatly appreciated their quick response to any issues that we have had since we started. Always helpful when they contact us anyway that is needed to walk us through any time we have a problem.

We chose OrderCup because this app allows you to use Canada Post shipping and contribute to your own account to keep your Savings Level. That was very important to us.
But the most incredible thing about OrderCup is hands down the customer service. It is amazing and the response is always so fast, which is important when you're working hard to get orders out daily. The app is easy to use, but Ed is so helpful if you have questions. I would give OrderCup 10 stars if I could!

Wow what a great help I received today with setting up this wonderful asset to my store. We just recently got a contract account with Canada Post and were given a few recommendations to try for third party shipment software. OrderCup was by far the best, easiest and most comprehensive of them all. Any issues/questions I had the staff was quick to respond and were very helpful. I couldn't say enough good things about this app. Highly recommended!!

OrderCup has made shipping so much easier for us, and their customer service is outstanding! They respond quickly and will even get on the phone with you to explain everything. Ed in customer service is so pleasant and explains everything well.
