We have LOVED using OrderCup! Ed on the premium support team has been patient to answer our questions and walk us through ways to customize OrderCup to our specific shipping needs. As our fulfillment output has increased, OrderCup easily expands with us and is great for reporting as well. I couldn't recommend using this software enough!

Ordecup is a must-have for me and my large sales volume. It makes the shipping process as fast and painless as it can be. I can also be sure that I'm choosing the most cost-effective shipping method when I use OrderCup.

We at the Huckleberry Patch have greatly appreciated their quick response to any issues that we have had since we started. Always helpful when they contact us anyway that is needed to walk us through any time we have a problem.

We chose OrderCup because this app allows you to use Canada Post shipping and contribute to your own account to keep your Savings Level. That was very important to us.
But the most incredible thing about OrderCup is hands down the customer service. It is amazing and the response is always so fast, which is important when you're working hard to get orders out daily. The app is easy to use, but Ed is so helpful if you have questions. I would give OrderCup 10 stars if I could!

This app literally has saved us hundreds of hours of cut and paste tedious labor and allows us to have less employees be way more productive, and at the same time not just faster, but more organized as well. No way I would think of running an online store without Ordercup

10 Years later and we're still using OrderCup, the customer service is always above and beyond and any issues that arise are quickly resolved. Thank you Ed for all your help.

Ordercup is quick, easy to use, and the staff is awesome. It saves us at least ten hours a week!
