Absolutely amazing. I started my trial yesterday and was up and running after the support staff spent time with me! It is amazing what OrderCup can do and save me hours. Plus-to have the support at anytime is awesome!

Moved over from ShippingEasy. INCREDIBLE customer support - Ed is a rockstar! Takes a few days to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's quite powerful.
I highly recommend Order Cup. We ship hundreds of orders everyday and OrderCup allows us to process them quickly and efficiently. Their support staff is very prompt and professional whenever we run into issues or need help figuring out how to do something. OrderCup is key to the success of our business!
We have used this app for many months and have been nothing but thrilled with OrderCup. I feel like the app is worth its weight in gold and allows us to process orders in about 1/5 the time it did before. We are able to batch around 80 orders at a time with the click of a button. Support has also been incredible so I am not sure I understand the reviews mentioning bad support as that makes no sense to me. This is in my TOP 3 apps that I use with my Shopify Store.
Ordercup is the best! They always return phone calls and answer support tickets far quicker than I could ever expect. If you are looking for a professional shipping app Ordercup is the only way to go

WOW!!! This is so easy!!! I used only Ebay before Shopify and OrderCup is that missing link to Shopify to streamline shipping!!! Thanks! I also had a self induced tech support issue that they resolved (a real person walked me through the solution). LOVE THIS APP!!!!!
