We at the Huckleberry Patch have greatly appreciated their quick response to any issues that we have had since we started. Always helpful when they contact us anyway that is needed to walk us through any time we have a problem.
We chose OrderCup because this app allows you to use Canada Post shipping and contribute to your own account to keep your Savings Level. That was very important to us.
But the most incredible thing about OrderCup is hands down the customer service. It is amazing and the response is always so fast, which is important when you're working hard to get orders out daily. The app is easy to use, but Ed is so helpful if you have questions. I would give OrderCup 10 stars if I could!

We just recently got a contract account with Canada Post and were given a few recommendations to try for third party shipment software. OrderCup was by far the best, easiest and most comprehensive of them all. Any issues/questions I had the staff was quick to respond and were very helpful.
