I just launched my store and along with I am using Ordercup for my shipping and label needs. Odercup has been fantastic to work with! They are very responsive and setting up was a breeze.

I just launched my store and had orders to fulfill tonight but was having some general problems with the app. I sent an email to support and within minutes, I received an actual phone call from a gentleman that was eager to assist! He walked me through the steps and I was able to successfully print and close out an order. Tip: If your box size is smaller than the label, try saving it as a pdf , adjust the size and print.

Very helpful during the trial period! The shipping piece has been the most frustrating for me during this launch process - but OrderCup has great videos and support and I am relieved and ready to launch.

After opening our charity's online store, we were looking for a way to quickly and efficiently process customer orders without having to go through USPS.com and manually add tracking numbers. Not only does OrderCup make it easy to fulfill orders and print shipping labels, the support is very helpful in dealing with any issues we had getting our store up and running.

I just wrapped up the product research and pre-sales with various shipping options and Ordercup was the hands-down choice. I've just used it under evaluation so far but it definitely is the seamless fully functional solution I was hoping for. As if that's not enough, what really sold me is the quality support I got before I even bought anything. The folks on chat and email support were extremely knowledgeable, not just with the app, but they really know the shipping business too.

Just thought I'd share that because this kind of experience is so uncommon these days.

I just started using shopify about a week ago and the online chat has been more then helpful in taking care of my needs. They are always quick to respond and know exactly what i need to do to solve the problem.

I have been working with Shopify and consequently OrderCup for about 3 years. Both companies are great, but I want to highlight the benefits that OrderCup has over practically everyone else on the market. Their product works....across multiple platforms....Chrome or Firefox, OrderCup doesn't care, they'll print on two printers or more from either.

With OrderCup, you feel like they are making the connection from your store to the Shipping Companies directly. I can ship on my USPS account or UPS account. At will and even change from order to order. Brilliant connection for a small business to grow.

You may think that their interface is slightly dated, but that just proves that they are class A Geeks that can get it done, despite the makeup and lipstick.

Use them to ship, or you are just doing it wrong.

I'm happy for my fellow biz owners that this app works for them. My staff and I had a HORRIBLE experience with this app. We couldn't get any of our shipping labels to print, and we tried various browsers, various computers. Tech support was absolutely awful - no one returned our calls, and then in the chat window (which is a great feature...if it's staffed properly), my warehouse manager waited OVER 45 MINUTES for a response. And despite having to contact support many times, they were never able to offer a resolution. I've uninstalled this app. FYI, we're a Canadian company and we were trying to link with Canada Post which is why we wanted this app in the first place - we have a commercial account, so it would have been ideal (the Canada Post shopify app currently does not support commercial accounts - only VentureOne and we're too big for that.) Use at your own risk.

really amazing customer service chat that was there right when I signed in and helped me set everything up specifically for my needs. even helped me several times throughout the day. really awesome!
