OrderCup has been our shipping platform for over 15 years. The information is clear, navigation is simple, and support is always there.
They listen to details and are always happy to assist. This is very helpful when you use the program everyday!

This app literally has saved us hundreds of hours of cut and paste tedious labor and allows us to have less employees be way more productive, and at the same time not just faster, but more organized as well. No way I would think of running an online store without Ordercup

10 Years later and we're still using OrderCup, the customer service is always above and beyond and any issues that arise are quickly resolved. Thank you Ed for all your help.

Ordercup has been great at working with our website to organize and ship. I like that you can look back at each order and see if it is still in transit or has been delivered. It also gives you a warning when the address may not be valid or complete. It is very easy search for orders to see their status.
I've had a few questions/inquiries and ordercup staff has always gotten back to me within about half a day-- which is outstanding!
