They don't need to bug you for all small stuff and moreover for things they can do themselves. Not only this, configure to set Timers and Time bound restrictions to allow cancellations only upto 30 minutes or 1 hour....

perfect app! i tested bit arround and this one does the trick. had some extra css stuff to do and support is amazing. super fast and everthing works like expected.
