I recently downloaded the OrderFlex app to import our old orders for better organization. After filling in the provided spreadsheet and receiving a confirmation that the upload was successful, I expected the app to indicate the progress of the upload. However, there was no indication of any progress or status update within the app. I reached out to customer service via email regarding this matter but unfortunately did not receive a response. I would be deleting the App, as it is a waste of time and I hope they improve thier services in the future.
