A Cottage in the City

This is a great app for organizing your inventory and linking it directly to quickbooks! We tried a few and this one does everything pretty seamlessly. What is even better is the support you receive! You will receive a response within 24 hours and usually much sooner. We also deal with the same person, Kunal, which is so nice for developing a rapport and he is fantastic and getting things working for us. We couldn't be happier!

Star Sparky Direct

Have been using orderhive for at least a year. It makes orders and stock management much easier, but there are still some syncing issues with Xero. Even if there are small problems, their customer service is good and helpful.


Have been using Orderhive since 2020. Everything is good so far. It would be better if we can have the function to customize a report and export into excel.

Flirc test

Orderhive acts as sort of the man in the middle of our software stack. It tracks inventory, connects store sales to appropriate warehouses (including FBA MCF if we have product at an Amazon FBA in a foreign country that would make shipping from there easier than here in the the US), and just generally works for what we need to accomplish. It also seamlessly connects with Shipstation. We're still in Shopify beta, but the Orderhive integration and setup was quick and easy, and it makes testing various features in Shopify a breeze.

All of Us Crayons

This app has everything to offer in terms of functionality - Purchasing, Receiving, Order Processing - Pick, Pack & Ship, In-house Production, Automations etc. There are a few improvement I would love to see implemented however for a free version through the Shopify platform, it deserves all 5 stars! I'm able to track my inventory seamlessly - incoming, outgoing and oh-hand stock is displayed in the same work center which makes it so much easier to manage and there are a ton of reports available to use! The fact that integrations are free and they support multi-channel integrations are a huge plus! Working with ERP systems, this cloud based solutions has all of the functionality minus the complications!


Very helpful & knowledgeable. We use orderhive for a variety of reasons and all need something different. When we reach out for help the representatives are great!


I think this app has a lot of potential. It is dragged down by a sales and development team that overpromise and underdeliver. When dealing with my salesman. I stated some integrations that were critical before I could let this software be the master of our inventory. These integrations were promised and we paid for a year of service. After 9 months of "2 weeks" and "soon" we were told what we wanted done was not possible. The sad and ironic part to this is I figured out a solution and I AM NOT a developer. TLDR:
If the trial version does not do exactly what you need it to, do not pay a dime to these guys. We would love a refund for that first year of unusable software.

Great Garden Plants

Things started out alright but there have been repeated failures which have greatly impacted our business. "Premium" support is hit or miss if they'll actually be available. Chat support can only do the bare minimum & in most cases has to open a support ticket. IT support is only around until about noon EST time so you usually have to wait over 24 hours for something to be fixed. This is not a good solution for high volume companies.

Sonic Boom Records

Installed this app with the intention of using it to receive inventory for our store with a large amount of items. After testing a bit, we've noticed it is randomly adjusting inventory when we take a special order for an out-of-stock item. We receive an order for an item that isn't in-stock - which makes our inventory -1. When the inventory reaches a negative number, Orderhive manually received stock to bring it back up to zero. This is a really distressing problem - as of yet we've had to response to our request for help - but we have received a lot of automated follow up emails trying to sell us something. Not impressed - hopefully they will get back to us at some point...

Drinking Well Co.

We switched to Orderhive to solve our inventory management issues. It has allowed us to automate multi-channel fulfillment and improve our inventory accuracy. We currently use Orderhive for shipping, inventory management, and order processing / fulfillment. We would have used Orderhive for EVERYTHING but our link with our brick and mortar arm has stopped us from moving our entire accounting / ERP system over to Orderhive as well. If we could, we WOULD move everything to Orderhive. Support is great, they have resolved every issue we have had within 24 hours. Multi-channel fulfillment has been great, and we're working to expand our listings and automation to every brand we sell.
