Updated my review after they released their latest update. They are an inventory and order management company but cannot provide a basic invoice (as required by law in Canada), showing subtotal without tax, tax amount charged and total due. Not only that, we paid for the custom invoice 2 years ago which stopped working when they did their latest update. Now we have to re-create the invoice in our accounting system for each order. I will be finding another solution asap.

We are using orderhive since September as we operate with three shopify shops. After some initial problems we managed to establish a solid system together with orderhive. The customer support is great and always curious about how to upgrade their product based on our needs.

We were able to use this app to sync inventory between a Prestashop store and a Shopify Store. The customer service was fanstastic.

Good software... very poor customer service since they where acquired by Cin7.... email and chat support are virtually non existent... and good luck trying to get them to pick up the phone...

This is the WORST app and company ever!! They stole our money and now we can not get anyone to respond. We have used them for a few years and they have gotten progressively worse each year. We tried to cancel two weeks after our latest annual plan started (which they increased without letting us know). Now they closed Orderhive due to so many complaints and "re-opened" under a new name Cin7...don't fall for it! I am surprised shopify even allows them in their app store as they are terrible!! Their inventory management has so many bugs and ended up costing us more money in sales we had to refund due to their program not working properly in maintaining inventory. Stay Away!!

I am impressed with the functionality, automations, and reporting capabilities of the software and I can't wait to begin using it as a powerful tool to help me run my business smarter.

Orderhive has been a life saver for our business in terms of managing our inventory across multiple warehouse/locations. Being able to bundle different items and run special promotions has worked wonders too! Their support team is responsive and attends quickly to the issues we had faced during our first month of using the system. There may still be small gaps in the system to be improved but the team rolls out upgrades every now and then to make it a better experience for users. You can also give feedback to see if your request can be integrated. All in all, I would recommend Orderhive to others.

Although we have stopped using the app as we have discontinued multiple sales channel but the app is really good for inventory and order management. Customer service is excellent. All thanks to Diksha.
