Great app. I met synced issue several times, but their support team is very responsive and managed to solve the issue. Although there are few glitches, I still highly recommended to SMB users

We really like Orderhive. We looked at all of the other inventory systems and chose it after we left Freestyle. It is easy to use, powerful, can do just about anything our team can think of, and it doesn't cost too much. The support team works overnight to fix any issues we've ever had. It's been great.

This is an all-in-one app! it helps me with every aspect of my business and the support team is very nice as well! i love it!

Software works great on Ebay and Shopify for inventory management. Their support is the best they even call me on my cell phone because my skype wasn't working correctly.

We have been using Orderhive for a few months now. It took a while to figure things out. We were moving from another platform and wanted to transfer a lot of old data, so that took time and effort to get going. While the app isn't perfect or we are still learning how to use it, the customer support is superior. We are helped anytime there is an issue. There is a way to pitch in a feature for the Orderhive community to vote on, so it feels like the app is being developed by the community itself. I would recommend anyone who needs order management and inventory system to give Orderhive a try.

Excellent platform, great support. Team are always there ready to help when needing integration, assistance or information. Constantly updating their platform and improving user interface for ease and speed of use.

This app has everything to offer in terms of functionality - Purchasing, Receiving, Order Processing - Pick, Pack & Ship, In-house Production, Automations etc. There are a few improvement I would love to see implemented however for a free version through the Shopify platform, it deserves all 5 stars! I'm able to track my inventory seamlessly - incoming, outgoing and oh-hand stock is displayed in the same work center which makes it so much easier to manage and there are a ton of reports available to use! The fact that integrations are free and they support multi-channel integrations are a huge plus! Working with ERP systems, this cloud based solutions has all of the functionality minus the complications!

Excellent program to help manage our inventory and track best sellers, keep track of our accounting books etc. I highly recommend! A big bonus is the support team. Definitely would recommend!!!

I found Orderhive when we were checking for an alternative for our warehousing. We decided to do everything ourselves and this software has been excellent. Great customer service, truly excellent.
