The online support staff for Orderhive is responsive. Naresh Sambhawani does an excellent job and deserves 5 stars!!! He is very knowledgeable and always follows up. This software is not very intuitive, however, so support is more necessary than with some other software programs.
There are occasionally "glitches" where orders are not synced properly and the software doesn't always notify you as it is supposed to do. When glitches do occur, the situation is escalated to tech support, and the answer is more often than not that it was a one-off type of situation and "won't happen again". Sometimes that is the case.
Functionality is good and they are continually adding new features. It's a solid order management system.

As you said, we are adding many new features rapidly ( as per customer request ), sometimes it happens that we miss out dependencies. We are working on improving our process so that we can manage rapid feature development.

App is very good for keeping track of inventory and orders. It doesn't offer the platform to keep track of our invoices though, but we have a bit of a special way (it's excellent if you only work with digital payments).
But most importantly, their staff is very responsive via chat, they are happy to arrange calls in order to fully understand your needs.

Orderhive has been a life saver for our business in terms of managing our inventory across multiple warehouse/locations. Being able to bundle different items and run special promotions has worked wonders too! Their support team is responsive and attends quickly to the issues we had faced during our first month of using the system. There may still be small gaps in the system to be improved but the team rolls out upgrades every now and then to make it a better experience for users. You can also give feedback to see if your request can be integrated. All in all, I would recommend Orderhive to others.
I have reviewed several inventory management and order management systems for Shopify and have to say that this is the one with best cost-benefit ratio.
Modern UI and a good overview makes it easy to navigate through all functions.
I only had issues while defining my own invoice (extra cost) as I had to submit three times errors in the invoice.
All in all they have a good customer service as usually there is a representative within 24 hours and if chat is active even within 15min.

I've been using Orderhive for more than 1 year and, although the price has skyrocketed, the service has been getting better as well. There are some really good customer service people and Naresh is by far the one who helped me the most with the best solutions for my issues. I recommend.

Impressively quick and friendly customer service. User interface needs to be improved in some point and loading of webpage need speeding up. Otherwise very satisfy.
After shopping around for a while we selected OrderHive as they seemed to have all the functionality we required, at a much more affordable price than other order management systems. The technology seems fairly new as they are still developing new features, however all key features are present and working well. They've been helpful with small customisations that we've needed to make it work for our specific requirements, which I've really appreciated.
Customer support is based in India, so they don't come online until the afternoon here in Australia but they're always helpful and quick to respond.
