Good software... very poor customer service since they where acquired by Cin7.... email and chat support are virtually non existent... and good luck trying to get them to pick up the phone...
not use this app!!!!!
the app have modified the stock of 10.000 products, the Orderhive not solve the issue, we don't know the products modified and not replay!!!
Overall, I've been very pleased with Orderhive. We had various issues to get going but Shiva our onboarding specialist was very helpful in getting things resolved and helping us properly use what it has to offer. It integrates and auto-updates nearly all of our channels and has made order management & inventory MUCH better. It was also much more reasonable than alternatives we reviewed.
