I don't know why I hadn't installed this app from the very beginning when my store opened. I think it's because I didn't realize it existed until recently. That's unfortunate, because this simple app helps perfect the customer experience, because it gives more leverage to the customer over their orders at all points, post sale.

So far I really like this app .. very easy to set up . they did a great job letting us know how to install it

It works without all of the bloat and bells and whistles of other apps. It is simple and I love it. It solves a major area of friction in the buy-sell process. Kudos to the developer for actually having a product that works (unlike a lot of developers on here).

i needed a way for my customers to cancel their order instead of doing this manually, customer now has full control and can cancel, edit or reorder an item, this app is helpful.

great app and it's free. you've literally got no reason to not download it. DO IT!

i didnt see in action yet BUT obviously this is a must have!!!!! already today morning this app was needed to customer that want change the color, and for now on they can change without sending email requesting, top five for this!

What we don't like about this app is that so many payment platforms do not integrate with Shopify, for example STRIPE, that we had to disable the automatic refund function and now need to manually refund all orders.

However, that is a problem that needs to be fixed first at the Shopify level. And until that happens, this app is a good option for businesses looking to give their customers more control over their orders.

This app Works great! It does exactly what it says it does. It was very simple set up. Was up and running in mins, easy to follow steps!

*Update*
Originally I left a 5-star review in order to get a backlink. I usually test these apps before leaving a review. But I figured a backlink sounded pretty good. It never happened, and the response I got regarding that, and the challenges with the app was "meh". This is the problem with leaving a review until the app is tested.
Full disclosure: The app worked flawlessly for me when I tested it. But a few of my customers were getting a 404 page.

At first, I was pretty frustrated with this app. I was close to leaving the opposite kind of review I am leaving now. All in all, this app works really well. I have an aftermarket theme (Gecko 3) and so far, everything seems to be working.
