Order Edit Customer Service

This setup of this app was quite easy. Also, I'll be using the instructions provided by Orderify in my FAQs regarding editing, canceling, and/or reordering. I don't mind customers contacting me, but I believe the more user friendly my site is the better customer service I'm providing.

So far so good! Installed just moments ago... all configured (thanks to the easy to follow instructions) and new features are working great!

WONT LET ME LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING. I was hoping this would be a solution for my customers to be able to edit the invoices we send to them, allowing them to add more products from our store. But this is only to allow customers to edit AFTER they have placed an order. Why would you ever want to give a customer the option to cancel their order without providing a reason why? This seems counterintuitive to running a business.

I am very excited about using this app to improve my overall customer experience and engage more effectively with my customers. Thank You for providing this rich functionality. It is working well so far with my side and I like the UI very much.
