Very useful app, that improve your customer support. This app has saved my customers and my support team both time and money.

I just started using this app, and it’s already been super helpful for my store. It’s really easy to set up and makes managing orders so much smoother. I’m excited to see how it helps my customers over time!

We often have customers that want to modify their order or ordered the wrong item, so far this has worked great for us to allow them the flexibility to change or cancel their order. :)

Only just installed, functionality and configuration looks great.

We've been using "Orderify" to help streamline post-purchase changes at stamplab.com.au. It's reduced those 'can I make a change?' emails, which has been a relief. One suggestion would be to update the pop-up designs (early 2000's vibes), but overall, it's been a useful addition to our process and cheap as a coffee.
