App works well however, the html code shows in the email. Followed instructons directly as given, but very nice app..

I love this app. I think it should exist within shopify without an app. I think its a very basic necessary function

The unavailability of the 'Cancel' feature may sometimes turn out to be a downside to the online store. So, this app helps and is pretty convenient and easy to use for both in-store and uploaded themes.

I installed this app 3 months ago without realising it is best suited to high-volume merchants whose customer service assistants spend a lot of time editing and cancelling orders. I discovered it was not really applicable to my business (at least at the moment) so I uninstalled it, and Dave was kind enough to refund my app fees.

good app, do not understand why shopify does not have this feature already, while some customers reported that they still could not find how to cancel or edit and order it might not be clearly visible to customers.
