It also increases sales with one-click reordering. Orderify improves the customer experience, decreases customer support costs and increases orders. *Note, for Order Editing, to give your customer full editing flexibility, Orderify first cancels the original order and reloads the items in a shopping cart.

I love the flexibility this app offers our customers, it's really cut down on the customer service burden now that they can cancel themselves! And for those who don't use it, I think it's great for them to know they have the option if they ever need it. Plus, the customer service team from Orderify is great!
