Had a theme compatibility issue upon installation and the support team jumped in right away (during weekend) and did their magic. Great support, great communication and wonderful app for minimums and multiples!! (Using it on multiple stores)
Thanks so much for giving us the opportunity to investigate this. Conflicts with other apps do happen sometimes we will always try our hardest to identify the cause and find a solution when we can. Rockstar support. The standard app did not do a minor function that would help us out and after a quick call to support they made the change and all is perfect! First class group and a great app that does exactly what we needed it to do.
We found this app very easy to use! No coding, you simply choose the products you want to apply a min-max value! Customers also get to see a really great looking pop-up message (that you can customize) letting them know if the order is too big or too small. Great job guys!
