Don't work at all!!!

OMG, installed, didn't work. It lets you checkout over the max despite the cart adjustment. And now, after uninstall, it has completely destroyed the cart flow.
Update May 15th: the fact it took you almost a week to see this says it all. Yes obviously your uninstall takes other code. Taught me a very important lesson I needed again - to not play around on production.
Hi, I am sorry to hear you are running into issues. If you would like us to take a look to see if we can fix the issue with your cart that you are experiencing please reach out and let us know. I believe that OrderLogic currently removes all updates or artifacts that it creates when a merchant uninstalls but we are happy to take a look for you regardless.

We experienced something similar to another merchant where OrderLogic wasn't working for us. We contacted support who was very nice, however they were only able to blame the app not working for us on another app.

Sorry to hear that you ran into issues after many years with OrderLogic. It's true that other 3rd party apps can conflict with OrderLogic from time to time by sending the customer directly to checkout despite the efforts of OrderLogic or other apps to create restrictions. The best we can do in that case is determine the conflict and try to work with the other app vendors, but that is often a very slow and ineffective process. We're currently investigating a new approach that would be more resilient with regards to 3rd party applications that we hope to roll out in the near future.
The OrderLogic team was really nice, but ultimately, this app didn't really work. Customers would get a pop-up sort-of stopping them in their carts, but would proceed to checkout pas OrderLogic's limits. When OrderLogic escalated it to their engineering team, they basically said "it's probably interacting with one of your other apps and not working, but we can't see what the issue is". Ultimately, a very kind shrug emoji. It may work for most, but it didn't work for our store.
Hi, I am sorry to see that your issue was not more resolutely solved. If you wish to give us another try, I will handle your case personally and do my best to determine which app is causing the problem. Sometimes, it can be leftover code from uninstalled apps, and at other times, it can be difficult to determine the root cause. Nevertheless, I typically have success in figuring it out. If you are willing to give us another try, I will credit back your charges for the next three months and try my best to solve this issue. Please open a new ticket and ask for me by name.

App not working for a long time, contacted support nearly a month ago.. still waiting on a reply. Hopefully someone will get back to us soon.
Hi. So sorry to see this. The system by which our support agents notify engineering of issues dropped your support ticket somehow. I found that OrderLogic theme changes were missing from your theme and reinstalled them which should make a dramatic improvement in your results. I'll reflect with our team on how we can prevent this kind of drop from happening again. My deepest apologies.

This app doesn't work. If a user puts an item in the cart, then they will get a message the first time, but can still checkout without any issues. We sent 3 emails to support and have received 0 replies, we would like a refund.
Hi. So sorry to read this. I won't try to make any excuses. Your complaint is legitimate. I found your emails, which I admit got buried and we didn't get back to you in a timely fashion. I just tried to call you but it looks like you're closed for the day. I also tried to refund you but no charge has shown up for your shop on our Shopify admin tools yet. I made a note for myself to try again in two weeks. I'll keep trying to reach you but please let us know if there's any way we can make it up to you.
I was very happy that it worked so fast. But sadly it doesn´t work on mobile phones. That is very bad because most of the people use their phones to buy things... i would give 5 stars but this is a very negative point for me ...

This app is amazing, and if you have any issue I mean any issue, they will contact you and work with you to fix it, thank you guys for a great price and an amazing app that has helped my store in very many occasions!
