I've used this app for years. It was useful for a particular situation we had. without warning they made so many changes to how it performs and behaves in your browser. They are all worse. I messaged them and they have always been REALLY ARROGANT people. I mean I wouldn't invite these people to a party for any reason. They are just pompous now. These are the kind of reviews you get from long time customers when you simply do not care about the people that pay for your app. Its not a cheap app. Its $29/month. Actively looking for another solution. I'll find one and delete this app.
UPDATE: They only cared about my opinion or user experience once the review was posted. Now I get an email from the owner of the company saying they will listen. When you charge a monthly fee for software that's a partnership. You didn't just sell me this software for a one time fee. If you did, then I wouldn't be dealing with these problems created by your updates. You created this situatiuon and if you want $29 a month from me for life, then YOU SHOULD BE LISTENING TO MY CONCERNS before I post a negative review.

Before the update, we shared banners and notifications a few weeks in advance to let everyone know about the changes. The updates were meant to improve the app, but I completely understand that they might not feel like an improvement to you right now.
I’m also really sorry if your interaction with our support team didn’t feel great. That’s not the kind of experience we want anyone to have, and I’ll make sure we review this internally.

I have used this app since 2018. They made a change in January and now I can't print orders or labels which is very problematic for my business. I contacted them and they told me they are looking into reverting to the old version but it's still the new version and I can't print anything. I am looking for a new app ASAP.
Your ability to access a human to talk to for help is very difficult. However, Nelvin was a huge help. He was able to figure out my OrderlyPrint issue after a few attempts that we're unsuccessful he didin't give up and manged to fix the problem that was incredibly unique. Please give him praise, he was great

One of the most usefull apps for me, saves me about 2 hours every day. And awesome customer support!
Great app! Really useful for processing lots of orders quickly. Probably one of our most used apps. Also the support team are really quick and helpful.
