I have used this app since 2018. They made a change in January and now I can't print orders or labels which is very problematic for my business. I contacted them and they told me they are looking into reverting to the old version but it's still the new version and I can't print anything.

**EDIT They have contacted me by email and I am yet to see if they will fix these problems for me.

EDIT: We have found and fixed the issues they were running into, their review has just not been updated yet :)

Thanks for the feedback and very sorry for the troubles. Our support team replied to your message to gather more information about the error you were seeing, but never heard back from you. We'd love to work out your specific issue.

PS. We have also re-added many of the features from the "old version" into the new one, so if you try it again today you should feel much more at home.

Il serait vraiment préférable que l'application ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre, car nous ne sommes jamais capables de retourner voir ou nous sommes rendu pour faire imprimer les commande quand il y en a beaucoup

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately, the behaviour of Shopify opening apps in the same window is a limitation of the Shopify admin itself and sadly cannot be changed from our side. We understand the inconvenience and are actively looking into possible workarounds to improve the experience.

The customer service was helpful in resolving my issue. Their response time was also great. I was able to resolve the issue the same day.

This is my favourite app - been using it for a number of years now and I'd be lost without it. The picking list feature alone is worth it as it saves me so much time since I have so many skus. The support is great also - Bjorn answers and helps solve any issues. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks Bjorn!

We use this app daily to delegate work tasks, sort and print slimmed down order "Picking Lists" which ends up being our build sheets, and then are able to print basic address labels for select orders not requiring our thermal printer+tracked shipping. Developers are quick to help out with any issues you may have, overall we have had only 2 random issues occur in the last 5 years, and these seemed to be syncing issues caused on the Shopify side. The team had workarounds in under 24 hrs for both those instances so we could get back up and running with virtually no downtime. Highly recommended.
