Ordersify: PDF Order Printer

So far this app has helped a lot with our packing slip needs and the setup system is pretty easy.

These are guys are always so willing to help! They are fast and efficient! I can't say enough good things about them.

I used this app to help me create an order form with all the details needed through the order fulfilment process between different departments in my factory. The highly customizable layout enabled me to give certain data or variables custom labels to facilitate internal communication. Moreover, my special requests that weren't available in the customizable options were done promptly by the amazing and helpful support team.

Very easy to use and set up an invoice the way I want it to look. I just opened my shop so I've only printed one order with no issues. Now that I have more orders, I haven't been able to print them using this app. I can't even submit this review leaving 3 stars. I wonder if I leave 5 stars, would it go through?

Ordersify's Order Printer is exactly what our team needed! After testing all similar apps on the Shopify App Store, it turned out to be the perfect fit for our needs. As a business, we integrate such tools in our workflow, staff gets trained to properly use them and we end up relying on their features for our daily operations. We need a certain level of communication with app developers to ensure proper integration in our daily workflow. The Ordersify team has been there to assist us when a negative review was left. Unfortunately, aside from then, they are hard to get a hold on. If you can stick to the current state of the app, it is definitely a good one but if you expect a bit more, it might be worth looking at different solutions.

i had issue showing the exact unit weight in 0.00 g format , i have contacted shopify support and other 5 apps developer no one solve my problem until i found this App Thank you Andy .

Strongly recommend! The team at Ordersify is very helpful and provides solutions/customization in an almost prompt manner.

The app is nice and has a lot of designability which I liked a lot.
HOWEVER, the app doesn't correctly print packing slips when shipping out items from the same order but on different days. It will only print the first packing slip (in my case for digital downloaded training videos) but will not print a packing slip for the physical goods I shipped later from the same order. Tech support seemed to have little comprehension of my language nor much interest in helping when trying to get a remedy. ALSO, the refund template does not function properly. The refund amount DOES NOT show up on the document making it worthless.

Perfect! Not only a perfect solution for your invoices but the best customer service I ever experienced! I couldn’t fix some problems, so they did for me within minutes. Also very kind!

A really user friendly app which is meet with my needs almost perfectly!
Andy from the support team is super friendly and effective!
Need much more apps from a team like you guys! :)
