Ordersify: Restocked Alerts

I've been using this app for several months now. It's GREAT! Get it! I love it for my apparel brand and have recommended it to my entrepreneur friends. The customer service is extremely responsive. I've only had to reach out for help on one occasion, and that was to have them integrate an inline "Notify When Available" button on our product pages. I received an immediate reply to my email and the request (along with revisions) were completed in less than an hour. Honestly, had I replied to emails sooner, it likely would've been resolved in minutes. Thank you again, Andy, for the prompt and excellent customer service!

Easy to install, customer service answered quickly to make the widget compatible with my theme and the best part is that they have a free plan, so if you are a small business you can try it out before paying a fee if you don't need to send many notifications/month. Highly recommended!

The app would not install on my Shop shellyparts.de (supply theme).
Support-Team responded immediately and within 24h everything was fine. Excellent!

I really like this app. It's one of the most simple and straight forward apps we have. It's easy to use and actually does what it's supposed to which is unusual for Shopify apps. We have had some things that have needed sorting out by support but generally these have been dealt with fairly quickly. I am aware that the support team is very small so things might take a bit longer but then the app actually works so it's worth waiting for! Definitely recommend.

We removed the app but it still sent a spam back in stock email (their demo product) automatically to all our customers!

Edited Review- I was having issue with the "Notify Me" button coming up on products where inventory wasn't tracked. And I was also having issues with the Coming Soon and Pre-Order features. I emailed multiple times and was pretty frustrated after 2 weeks of no one answering but finally today Andy came on and we went back and forth through emails a few times until all my issues were fixes.

The app is really great and was exactly what I was looking for, the lack of the 1 star is just for the initial slow response from customer support.

If you're having issues keep messaging and someone will eventually get back to you!

please add a whatsapp option also. It can change the game for you.

Received super fast help! This app helps tremendously with my store but notifying my customers when products are back in stock. I also like that I am not forced to choose a subscription. The free version suits just fine!

The app used to work well, but not anymore, I've no idea when it started broken and not able to send any email notificaiton. I raised 3 request after has no replies at all after 4 days, so we have to migrate to a different solution.

so far PreOrder Globo seems working well with us, it supports Back In Stock notifcation and also PreOrders.
