We have been utilizing this app for several months; however, we have recently encountered a significant issue regarding the email notifications for back-in-stock alerts, which have failed to be sent.
Initially, we contacted customer service, and they promptly responded. Unfortunately, despite their initial efforts, they were unable to resolve the problem. Regrettably, since then, we have not received any further communication from them. I have made two subsequent inquiries following my initial contact, but I have yet to receive a response.
It is disappointing to experience such a lapse in customer service, especially after initially receiving prompt attention.

Customer service reached out the day after I posted my initial review and resolved the issues. Besides the blip in sending, this app does the job. I do wish the app offered a bit more. Such as offering the option to load more than 15 notifications per page in the dashboard or the ability to sort noficiation requests by product title.
I put in a request to help me set up the app in my online store. It took less that 30min to have it up & running . Thanks Andy

Simple, nice UI design and great customer support. Andy was very patient with my questions and kind enough to edit some code for me to make the notify button displayed in a way that match my store design. Very happy with this app.

The app is really helpful but the support is slow and sometimes does not react, closes cases which are not solved etc. Nevertheless we keep the app and hope, support will get better in the near future. / Update: Still a good app, supports still closes cases unanswered. We move on now.

I own and operate a large ecommerce website. We have currently had issues with the global supply chain and for the first time have been out of stock on many items. The Ordersify app has solved my need for Back In Stock items and automatically notifying customers. There support team is excellent. I couldn't get a feature to work properly and simply sent them the request, it was fixed and working on my website the very next day! Would highly recommend this app.
