I spent time trying to get the out of stock email notification to work. It worked fine in their preview mode but did not populate on the site. Left message with Support last week. They still haven't answered. Tried to uninstall it today and realized there's no uninstall. Don't bother with this one.
Great app. Does what I needed it to do. Was quick to install and to configure and is already up and running with customers starting to submit requests.
Customer service are so fast and very helpfull. Everything went so smootly. I really recommend that application.

This app helps us not lose orders when items are out of stock. It also sets the expectations for customers so they don't cancel their order. Support team is helpful and can overcome most issues with site integration.

Great support and very fast response. The issue was fixed quickly and efficiently. The team is small but very dedicated and helpful. Highly recommended app and service!
They were extremely fast and super helpful in resolving an integration issue that I encountered. I just had to grant them collaborator request on my shopify and they went in an rectified the issue within minutes. Everything is now working perfectly. I definitely recommend this app.
Support is great and quick, they tailored the app to meet my business needs, such as displaying the alert button to only certain customers! 5*
