We’ve been using Ordersify for Back in Stock alerts and the support team has been consistently wonderful. They’re quick, helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with, which is why I’m giving five stars. The only thing I’m still hoping for is the ability to edit our own email templates without needing to request changes. Once that capability is available it’ll feel like a true five-star experience across the board.

A great little app that does what it's supposed to do. When we changed themes the tech support was on top of helping integrate properly and get everything back up and running before we launched.

Fabulous and insanely quick customer service! We switched Shopify themes and 2 quick email exchanges later, Andy had us all matched up and ready to go. I'd say this is an essential app for any Shopify e-commerce store. Their responsive, dedicated team is a bonus!

**Update** Resolved ** After a period of 'no response' I have now had a response from support team, who, after my Theme change, have now corrected the problem of my 'back in stock' app. and it's working great.
I was previously about to unsubscribe from this app. as I had not had responses to my many emails.
Thankyou for eventually replying and resolving the problem.

Great app that does exactly what it should. Waitlist button on product page and email to customer when restocked. Excellent customer service of fixing issues when/if they come up.

Chris from Support Team helped me very quickly with installing the inline layout and adjusting some styling on our product page. No code experience needed since Chris can help you with that! Great App, works perfectly fine and support is awesome.

Update 02.12.2024: Andy helped me quickly and fixed a tiny bug in the app. Works perfectly fine now fo us! Thanks
