Initially the app worked great, but I had a special request that I thought would put the "notify me" button in the correct spot. They quickly and easily changed it to work exactly as I requested. Our products don't go out of stock very often at DignityLifts.com, but when they do, Back In Stock will have us covered.

The app allows 4 things which help us run really smoothly.: 1. Customers can ask for a back in stock email reminder. 2. We can offer certain items on pre -sale.3. We get email reports regarding low stock items and 4 . We have a lovely tool bar highlighting when a particular item is low on stock. With the added fantastic responsive help from Andy, this app is a must add!

I installed this app and ran into a small issue. I emailed them on a Sunday evening, expecting a response the next morning, but they literally responded to me within minutes. They fixed my problem right away and got me up and running. So thrilled with my experience.
