Customer service was prompt the 1st time but this time, i cant seem to get ahold of anyone to install the inline button. Emailed 3 times but no one replied.

I'll start with the good... this app has the absolute best user interface of all the ones we tested. The developer Andy was also helpful and responsive at first, even upgrading us to the Pro package due to all of the issues. Unfortunately that's not enough. We tried to make this work for 3 months and have finally given up. There were simply too many problems. Many of the links to documentation were broken, going to non-existent pages. Prices in the notification emails would sometimes display incorrectly, $50 would suddenly show up as $5000. Products that were modified while out of stock wouldn't update in this app. That's just to name a few. The deal breaker though was the emails themselves. Notifications went to the spam folder 100% of the time on Gmail and we had a 0% open rate on our last send. We had to manually write each customer that signed up for notifications or risk losing their business. We really wanted this to work, but after the developer stopped responding to us about the spam issue, we moved to a different solution. It doesn't look nearly as nice, or have the same amount of features, but customer's get our emails and that's more important than anything else. If they can fix all of the bugs though, this would be the best app in the store.

Ordersify low stock / back in stock FREE plan is perfect for my new business! I downloaded and set up was super easy but then I had an issue with my variants because I had different sizes and I couldn't figure out how to get the app to coordinate with those. I reached out to customer services and they got back to me within 24 hour and had my variants integrated in minutes. Great service, great app! Excited to integrate their other apps / features!

Our site: www.huffkins.com Great app with great customer service. We love giving our customers the option to sign up for an email notification when an out of stock product becomes available again. It helps drive sales and improves our service. We couldn't get it working on the theme we were using, but the app support was great and added it for us really quickly, making sure we were happy before they pushed the changes live. It's useful to get stock notifications sent to us too, so we know when we need to re-order products. Our only slight issue is that if we set a limit of 5 stock notification emails a day, this does not count on variations. So when a product has 10 variations and an item within those variations goes out of stock, you get 10 emails every time. Overall we're still very happy with this app and would recommend it.

I have been looking for a Back in Stock app for quite a while. And after trying a few different apps, this has to be the best Back in Stock app available for many reasons. It's free! Customer Service is the best available. I needed to have my entire form and buttons customised to fit in line with our website - and Andy helped with everything with a very quick turnaround. Highly recommend this app.

The app is super helpful. Had some issues with support to start with but was fixed in a timely fashion. Getting emails when my inventory drops below a certain level is excellent
