Slow service and app is not working. Been trying to get a hold of them for the past 24 hours, but no one is replying back to me. My own developer integrated the app for me, but when testing the app with multiple languages (templates inside app) then it doesnt work. The app only sends the default alert notification template, even though you have made your own language templates in their app. I need this fixed!
Great & Fast Support. The team of only 2 members they handled our questions/concerns in a fast/timely manner. Looking forward to giving this product a try for our shop.

Great app. Does what I needed it to do. Was quick to install and to configure and is already up and running with customers starting to submit requests.
App is easy to use and does exactly what i need. The team assisted me with my issue and were apple to provide the solution i was looking for

Received super fast help! This app helps tremendously with my store but notifying my customers when products are back in stock. I also like that I am not forced to choose a subscription. The free version suits just fine!

Unable to set up properly and support response is automated and follow up does not happen within the 24 hours told to expect, making it difficult to complete in one session. Do not recommend if you are short on time, and need to get the app integrated and setup quickly.
