Initially the app worked great, but I had a special request that I thought would put the "notify me" button in the correct spot. They quickly and easily changed it to work exactly as I requested. Our products don't go out of stock very often at DignityLifts.com, but when they do, Back In Stock will have us covered.

The system over works fairly well. The reason for this 1 star review is because I have had an issue that I need assistance with regarding exclusions and I've sent MULTIPLE emails that all get auto-responded to saying I'll receive a reply within 24 hours. I'm on email 5 in a matter of over 2 weeks and absolutely no response so far.... System is ok, customer support is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.
I installed this app and ran into a small issue. I emailed them on a Sunday evening, expecting a response the next morning, but they literally responded to me within minutes. They fixed my problem right away and got me up and running. So thrilled with my experience.

Ik gebruik de app nog maar net, maar ben nu al blij met het resultaat :) De app is gebruiksvriendelijk, je kunt het aanpassen naar je eigen lay-out (dat vind ik een must) daarnaast is het serviceteam heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Ok, had to come and update this review because the team were SO helpful and super quick to help us on our new website too! We've just started using the Low Stock Bar too which I'm excited about :) woo! Super happy we are able to notify our customers now and really happy with how it looks and functions. The team helped up make the button inline with the sold out button which is perfect for our theme.
