Automate your fulfilment workflows by creating rules to split your orders!
Split orders based on product vendor, location, type, SKU or tags. Reroute split orders to different locations and choose whether to hold or fulfill them straight away. Choose whether split orders should be new fulfillments or new orders. Only split orders from certain countries or order tags. Example usage: split out of stock items to seperate order, split items over a certain price or weight into new order, automatically reroute certain items to a certain location in the original order.

A great app that helps us to separate stock products from pre-order products so that customers receive their stock products directly. OrderSplit Pro has been a fantastic solution for my business. It automatically splits large orders into sub-orders, saving time and eliminating manual errors.
Joe, the developer, has been incredibly responsive, implementing change requests in under 24 hours. For example, he enabled splitting pre-ordered items from in-stock items and further splitting them by weight. Outstanding service—highly recommended!

My courier limits parcel weight to 2kg. While Shopify Shipping can handle heavier parcels, orders over 2kg previously required manual intervention by warehouse staff to cancel and split them into new orders - an error-prone, time-consuming process.
Now, large orders are automatically split into 2kg sub-orders before reaching the warehouse system. For the warehouse, these appear as regular orders and are processed seamlessly.
The best part? Clients now receive separate emails with accurate tracking codes for each order. Marvelous!
