We’ve had such a great experience with the app and customer service. Our setup is pretty complex and Joe has been incredible to work with.

The app works consistently, and can target almost anything we want - Tags, SKU, Metafield... Also supports exclusions and has an audit log for split orders. It works super consistently even as we get thousands of orders a week, works perfectly with Shipstation and the best part is the developer who responds quickly and efficiently, triages and fixes errors and is willing to help with custom logic if and when we need it. This is one of the best apps we've found for Shopify!
Great app, does exactly what we needed it for. Simple, works well. Needed a little support at the start and it was prompt, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
