Choose whether split orders should be new fulfillments or new orders. Only split orders from certain countries or order tags. OrderSplit Pro has been a fantastic solution for my business. It automatically splits large orders into sub-orders, saving time and eliminating manual errors.
Joe, the developer, has been incredibly responsive, implementing change requests in under 24 hours. For example, he enabled splitting pre-ordered items from in-stock items and further splitting them by weight. Outstanding service—highly recommended!

OrderSplit Pro has elegantly solved my specific use case with minimal hassle. If you face a similar issue, this app is your solution.
My courier limits parcel weight to 2kg. While Shopify Shipping can handle heavier parcels, orders over 2kg previously required manual intervention by warehouse staff to cancel and split them into new orders - an error-prone, time-consuming process.
Now, large orders are automatically split into 2kg sub-orders before reaching the warehouse system. For the warehouse, these appear as regular orders and are processed seamlessly.
The best part? Clients now receive separate emails with accurate tracking codes for each order. Marvelous!

This app is absolutely fantastic. We do a large amount of preorders on our site so this will split up all the orders based on their arrival dates (or any trigger that you specify). This has been a game changer for us. The support team is very helpful with answering questions and further setting this up for us.
