SC Order Tags & Flows

I used this app to auto-tag pre-orders and orders with a particular shipping method. It's helping filter orders and so far so good. easy to set up.

Sam was super helpful with the setup. This makes organising packing jobs between different departments of our business extremely easy - don't know what we'd do without it!

We downloaded this app so we could accurately track Bundle orders, which Shopify currently doesn't support. It was really easy to set up all the flows that we needed, and I'm sure we'll use it for many more things in the future.

These guys are awesome! I have never used any Order Tagger that worked so well as this. I was using another app for years but they went silent and no longer helped when we needed it. Also, this app does the tagging in REAL TIME. Meaning an order comes and it gets tagged ASAP. You don't have to wait days while the tagging system does huge batches which slowed our company down. This app was a godsend. They helped me make a new option as well when I asked for it. A++++++

Works exactly as it's supposed to- installed it to identify a big handful of problem orders from the entire population of orders over 2 months... saved a TON of time, effort, and potential misses.

Order Tagger also affords the opportunity to really drill down to enable some really focused marketing we wouldn't be able to accomplish with the limited Shopify filters available; we intend on using for this purpose going forward.

Sam was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgable; he not only immediately identified how to uncover our mystery problem, he took the time to go back and take me through how he did it... and subsequently alerted me to what caused the problem in the first place (another app), which was invaluable.
