Easy to understand app that does what it advertises. It was lacking a functionality I needed, so I contacted their support. The same day I received an answer and by the next week, they had built the functionality I needed. Truly great experience!

This app helps us keep our orders organized, which helps us interpret our sales figures more accurately. The big thing to note: their customer service is great! Questions answered quickly, troubleshooting done thoroughly, and helpful suggestions all along the way.

The app developer team was able to add a criteria that we needed to accomplish our goals within shopify. They were able to do this in less than 10 days. Super responsive team and in love with all the app features!

Great app and great customer service. With this app, we saved a few hours a week finding specific orders and tagging them appropriately. We use this hand-to-hand with customer tagger as well.

Absolutely amazing, lightening fast support and an app we can't live without. Having the orders automatically tagged via a wide selection of rules has saved us hours of work a week in manually sorting them.
Support was quick to organise a backdate of tags and quite simply, the best app developers we have for their prompt, lovely support.

The team at Order Tagger have been amazingly helpful implementing their tool. It actually didn't require any effort to implement, but we had questions around functionality that they were very responsive with. So far the tool is working exactly as needed and we're very happy with it.
