Awesome app and team. The app is easy to navigate and has a bunch of great features. I needed one feature specifically and reached out to support asking if its possible, they ended up making and adding my requested feature to the app! Awesome work and they actually care about their users!

Works exactly as it's supposed to- installed it to identify a big handful of problem orders from the entire population of orders over 2 months... saved a TON of time, effort, and potential misses.

Order Tagger also affords the opportunity to really drill down to enable some really focused marketing we wouldn't be able to accomplish with the limited Shopify filters available; we intend on using for this purpose going forward.

Sam was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgable; he not only immediately identified how to uncover our mystery problem, he took the time to go back and take me through how he did it... and subsequently alerted me to what caused the problem in the first place (another app), which was invaluable.

Highly recommend!

Great service and easily integrated, support is quick to respond to queries. We use it mainly to tag delivery dates from our picker and it's made life a lot easier.

I used this app to tag the product title in the notes, allowing the product to display on labels. I also have it set up to separate between different couriers depending on postcode. It looks like we can use the tags and workflows for all sorts of direct marketing and ecommerce solutions I never even knew we needed or could get from this app! We've been looking for something to solve these issues for some time now, and this app goes above and beyond what we needed. The support is excellent too.

I have been looking for an app that can tag orders in multiple ways and this app works perfectly. As a newbie in building websites and did not know fully how to install it, the customer support Stu was amazing. He helped through the whole process . Simply awesome! 10/10

Great Service and very helpful app for us to pick orders with certain products types in!

It would be even better if you could have multiple If and And rules so that we could have more sophisticated filters.
