Delivery information is not sent to the customer by email. Do I need to set it up?
The service is good, but they deduct unpaid orders from your package, which won’t even have a tracking code—you’ll be paying for something you won’t even use. The support is terrible; they neither solve issues nor explain things. To this day, I don’t know how the upsell works. I’ve asked several times, and they don’t even reply.
