The service is good, but they deduct unpaid orders from your package, which won’t even have a tracking code—you’ll be paying for something you won’t even use. The support is terrible; they neither solve issues nor explain things. To this day, I don’t know how the upsell works. I’ve asked several times, and they don’t even reply.

Works most of the time, very easy to use and great looking UI, both for admin side and client side. However, sometimes the app confuses between carriers and there is no is no way to edit the carrier, so it can cause confusion for clients. Would rate 5 starts if there was a way to edit the carrier.

I use Ordertracker regularly, usually a few times a week, especially when I'm tracking multiple packages from different vendors. It’s really helpful for staying on top of delivery statuses.

Yes, I would definitely recommend Ordertracker! It’s a convenient tool that makes tracking shipments from different carriers easy, all in one place. It’s saved me a lot of time and hassle.
3. How could we improve Ordertracker?
One area for improvement could be to provide real-time push notifications for status updates, so I don't have to check the app constantly. Additionally, a feature that estimates delivery delays based on historical data would be a nice addition.

Ordertracker has been very beneficial to our store. We receive less inquires for order updates now and importing tracking numbers into the system is seemless. We have not had any issues with the app and integrating it into our "order status" page was simple. It supports a wide range of carriers which is a benefit for us as we use multiple carries since we ship world wide. We recommend this app.
Une très belle application de Tracking avec de la data exploitable et très pertinente.
La prise en main et l'integration sont tres simplifié avec une page de tracking visible pour le client avec une vue admin et une vue client.
Vous pouvez checker les nombres de jours en transit, voir rapidement ce qui ne va pas pour que le SAV soit proactif, checker le nombre de jour moyen pour une livraison, le type de transporteur etc.
Une equipe à l'ecoute, tout ce qu'il faut pour ne plus se prendre la tete et optimiser son service !

Overall, it is one of the best UI's I've seen on an order tracker. And the customization is great though I do wish it made them have to put an email as well as to get info about the order. I would probably use except that the loading time is about 3 seconds before it even loads on the screen which is not good.
O app é ótimo e tem muitas funcionalidades, além de melhorar a experiência do cliente também ajuda muito no controle de pedidos. Recomendo!
