We had a very disappointing experience with Order Tracker.

We installed the app on a trial account, configured the settings and were comfortable knowing the trial version was limited to 5 customer communication updates per month. The plan was to evaluate the app and then consider upgrading to a paid subscription if it delivered value.

However, a few days ago, Order Tracker updated the tracking information on 9,553 historical orders, most of which were orders from several years old. This resulted in customers receiving unexpected notifications about long-completed orders, creating significant confusion and a substantial amount of unnecessary work for our customer service team.

We attempted to contact support via both the in-app chat and email but have still not received no response.

We've since removed the app. Hopefully our experience helps other merchants avoid a similar situation.

Hi, and thank you for the honest feedback, I'm truly sorry for the disruption this caused you and your team. This was our fault.

A sync issue updated tracking on historical orders and triggered notifications on old, completed orders.

It was system-generated and unintended, unrelated to your trial limit.

We've since fixed the root cause: customer notifications are now strictly limited to recent orders across the whole app, so this can't happen again.

I also apologize for the slow support reply.

The service is good, but they deduct unpaid orders from your package, which won’t even have a tracking code—you’ll be paying for something you won’t even use. The support is terrible; they neither solve issues nor explain things. To this day, I don’t know how the upsell works. I’ve asked several times, and they don’t even reply.

Sie bieten 24/7 Support an, aber wenn wenn man Hilfe braucht, dann meldet sich niemand. Habe es mehrmals versucht. Als ich dann Glück hatte, das sich jemand meldet, wurde mein Problem angeblich an die Technik weitergeleitet. Nach 3 Tagen besteht das Problem immer noch, dass die Trackingnummern nicht richtig funktionieren und es zeigt dem Kunden an, dass das Paket nicht gefunden wird! Das ist ein No-Go!!! Und jetzt meldet sich wieder niemand....
So kann ich die App nicht gebrauchen!

Hello. I will change this review once this problem is fixed. I cannot contact your support at all. I have been trying for almost two weeks with no response. The 24-hour chat has no response and the emails I have sent have not received a response. My problem is that 40% of my orders are listed as pending and that should not be the case. In Shopify there is a courier listed but for some of the orders the courier shows up as N/A in ordertracker. I do need this problem fixed and a response would be great.

1 étoiles en raison du LiveChat support qui ne répond pas. Même le support normal ne répond pas.
Dommage l'application pourrait être très bien mais il y a des problèmes.

- Les suivis de Mondial Relay ne sont pas reconnus.
par exemple: tracking: 96810866
https://www.mondialrelay.fr/suivi-de-colis?codeMarque=CC&numeroExpedition=96810866

- quand on a plusieurs tracking dans une commande, la page de statut de la commande est en Anglais (au lieu du Français).
Et quand on clique le bouton "Suivre ma commande" pour afficher la page de tracking, la page ne donne que le dernier tracking.

Après 4 jours d'attente d'un retour du support, AUCUN RETOUR.
Je désinstalle l'application car vraiment pas au point.
After 4 days of waiting for a response from support, NO RETURNS.
I uninstall the application because it really doesn't work.
