The service is good, but they deduct unpaid orders from your package, which won’t even have a tracking code—you’ll be paying for something you won’t even use. The support is terrible; they neither solve issues nor explain things. To this day, I don’t know how the upsell works. I’ve asked several times, and they don’t even reply.

Eu estava usando esse app no plano gratuito e fui fazer o teste de 7 dias grátis no plano de 11 dólares do app Order Tracking, porém no sétimo dia desinstalei ele e mesmo assim veio cobrança pra mim, por favor preciso que me façam o reembolso pra mim, pois usei apenas o período de teste gratuito
Aplicativo muito eficiente, facilitou o rastreamento de pedidos e melhorou a experiência do cliente. O suporte é ágil e prestativo, e as funcionalidades ajudaram bastante no controle logístico da loja. Recomendo.
