I have been writing, selling, evaluating and using web software for nearly two decades. I can tell instantly when a company has 'it'. That's Ordoro.
These guys rock. The solution is well thought out, intuitive and clean.
I have found a handful additional ideas of gaps or things we will need, and they actually listen.
That points to the last and probably most important thing- phenomenal customer service. Instant response time, courteous people who know what they are talking about.
What more could one ask for... I have affordably solved my cross-channel online store fulfillment/order processing challenge... as far as I can tell for good!! Woohoo!
Ordoro has been an invaluable addition to our store! It has streamlined both our order-filling and shipping processes, and the customer service at Ordoro can't be beat. We've increased our order turn-around time, and decreased our shipping costs, all with friendly, quick, and knowledgable service at the click of a button. Pick lists, packing lists, and label printing are incredibly easy, and the ease with which we can choose USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex is awesome. Not only that, but we get to share Ordoro's super-low USPS rates and use our own Fed Ex and UPS accounts. Finally, Ordoro has made our exchange/return process so much easier with its tagging, return label printing, and order notes. I highly recommend Ordoro!
Best solution we've found for self-fulfillment, we do about 1500 packages a month. The pick and pack workflow is intuitive and optionally integrates a bar code scanner, which has massively reduced our error rate. There's a robust rule set on the back end to pre-determine what packages and carriers to use for each package. We also get the best UPS and USPS rates through Ordoro that we've found anywhere, so the app pays for itself. It's hard to put in words how much we LOVE Ordoro! It makes our business possible.

Ordoro definitely "clicks" brings together awesome customer service with a highly intuitive application. We had a small set-up hiccup on a Saturday and the support team responded quickly and professionally with a resolution. The following Monday, we trained our shipping team and they were literally jumping up and down with excitement as they found application easy to learn, eliminated a lot of tedious work and saved $$$'s. Highly recommended!
I am amazed how great this app works for us. It's super easy to figure out, and with batch printing of Packing List and Shipping Labels, processing large amounts of orders is a breeze! Also, your customer service goes above and beyond their duties in answering the questions or adjusting our settings to meet our needs. Also, the free account for up to 50 labels is awesome too. I cannot say enough to convey how happy we are to have gone with Ordoro. Thank you!

Ordoro seems to have all the missing features you may want to add to your Shopify store & they provide great customer service! I could call or email them and receive instant feedback. They walked us through each step of the integration before we even purchased the App.

We couldn't be happier with the way Odoro has worked for us! Going from just accepting paypal payments, to being able to process credit cards was a big step for a small company. We weren't quite sure how everything would work out, but with help of Ordoro it has been a piece of cake! It integrates seamlessly with our shopify storefront, and has increased our ability to process orders from our site. We have seen a wonderful increase in sales because of our faster processing time. Favorite part? The abliity to print multiple packing slips at a time. This allows us to pick and pack all of our orders at the same time, then print and label seamlessly. WE LOVE IT!
Love this service. Saves me time when orders pick up. Honestly pays for itself if your company is seeing multiple sales per day. Ordoro is key to running a successful and seamless shopify store. Lady on customer service was SUPERB.
Ordoro is great! When I was building my Shopify store, I spent a lot of time looking at the many apps available. Ordoro appealed to me because it seemed to be one of the easiest apps to incorporate different shipping companies for a new store. I also found the packing slips to be the most professional-looking and most aesthetically pleasing. After choosing Ordoro, the excellent, friendly, quick, responsive customer service is what really makes Ordoro so great. And now that they've added the auto-sync feature to import orders from Shopify, it couldn't be easier to use. Highly recommend!
We love Ordoro! It makes our inventory management process much easier.
It does help avoid overselling from multiple sales channels (like amazon, ebay and of course shopify )and save us a lot time!
Also, this the company has truly great live support and we highly value this. Definitely recommend it to everybody!
