Ordoro is great! When I was building my Shopify store, I spent a lot of time looking at the many apps available. Ordoro appealed to me because it seemed to be one of the easiest apps to incorporate different shipping companies for a new store. I also found the packing slips to be the most professional-looking and most aesthetically pleasing. After choosing Ordoro, the excellent, friendly, quick, responsive customer service is what really makes Ordoro so great. And now that they've added the auto-sync feature to import orders from Shopify, it couldn't be easier to use. Highly recommend!
We love Ordoro! It makes our inventory management process much easier.
It does help avoid overselling from multiple sales channels (like amazon, ebay and of course shopify )and save us a lot time!
Also, this the company has truly great live support and we highly value this. Definitely recommend it to everybody!
As a new user of Ordoro (I'm on day 2), I've been overwhelmingly impressed with their customer service and speed to help me get up and running. I'm a solo founder working to get fulfillment running smoothly so I can focus on other things, and they have made the process not only seamless but enjoyable as well! We have been using Ordoro for about one year and we LOVE it. It is easy to use, takes care of all our shipping needs, integrates seamlessly with Shopify and the support has been terrific. When you call them, a REAL person answers and that person KNOWS their product and helps!
We've also saved money on shipping - a big plus for an on-line store and been able to offer shipping specials because of it.
The are other shipping apps around and we looked at most of them but we chose Ordoro and are pleased we did. We recommend it!
